Majority of the time, if you ask someone what do they want to change about themselves? People would say that they want to get rid of ab flab, bra bulge, thigh jiggles, double chins, muffin tops, and so on. Well here are some best sculpting solutions to help you in those areas.

*Weights and small easy workout will help you build strength and lose weight (with diet too)
*Work all muscle groups that you want to improve on for at least 1-3 non-consecutive days a week.
*Start with warm up that consists of 5-10 minutes of light cardio using a light-medium weight.
*Choose 1-2 exercises for each muscle group (see below) and do 1-2 sets of 10 repetitions of each exercise.
* Give yourself at least a day or two of rest between workouts to recover.
* Each week, add either 1 repetition and/or a few pounds.
* You want to challenge yourself, not kill yourself. LOL.
* After 6 or more weeks of consistent strength training, you can change your routine to make it more difficult and add different workouts in between.
