Strawberry yogurt pie

Hy everyone :)

This pie is perfect for a light dessert and summer. The crispy batter, cream and covered match perfectly. Try it!


Yield: 12 slices


1 ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 ½ cup (tea) of whole wheat flour
½ tablet butter
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons cold water
4 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
A pot (110 g) strawberry yoghurt
2 tablespoons (dessert) cornstarch
200 ml of skimmed milk
Shallow 2 tablespoons (soup) of sugar or sweetener culinary


1 box of strawberries sliced in half
Gelatin strawberry


First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. For the dough, mix the sugar, water, egg yolk and butter and gradually add the flour gradually until you can mix the dough by hand, without sticking to fingers. Grease the form and arrange the dough evenly. Bake for about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
For the filling, dissolve cornstarch in skimmed milk and place in a saucepan with sugar and yogurt. Cook over low heat stirring constantly. Turn off and let cool. Cover the dough with the filling.
For the syrup, prepare a box of strawberry gelatin and let cool slightly. Garnish the pie with sliced strawberries and top with the jelly still liquid. Take the cake in the refrigerator and let cool.
