500g of strawberries
200g of sugar
500g of soy cream
Place the strawberries in a shredder previously washed and cut.
Remove the strawberries and place them in a container.
Now, beat the cream adding sugar gradually.
Add the whipped cream to mashed strawberries, mix and place in a glass dish that can go in the freezer.
Must remain in the freezer for 4 hours at least, because it must be well cool before serving.
You can decorate with some strawberries rolled in the center of the cup and green leaves.
