Mass -1 wafer package boiler, 100 g butter softened
Filling -1 package of cream cheese, 2 packages cream, 8 sheets of gelatin, 200g sugar (I used only 2 tablespoons) Coverage -2 spoons (soup) of strawberry jam, 2 tbsp (tablespoons) of water
Soaking the gelatin sheets in cold water. Reduce the biscuits flour and add the butter and mash well as a spring line. In a large bowl with wire rod to beat the cheese until creamy. Whisk the cream with the sugar until stiff, add the cheese and a separate lot it takes the flame to which are added the gelatin sheets and stir until dissolved. Joins the mix prepared earlier and lies down on the base wafer and the cold vain. Before serving, mix the sweet with water and pour over the chessecake and decorate with strawberries.
