6 gelatin sheets red
300 gr of strawberries
Sugar 180 g
juice of 1 lemon
1 strawberry yogurt
6 dl of cream
a base cake
Soak the gelatin in cold water.
Place the strawberries, washed and taken after his foot in a saucepan along with the sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer over low heat until the strawberries get rid, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, grind, wrap well drained gelatine and stir until they dissolve.
Reserve a little of this preparation for decoration, add the remaining yogurt and chill.
When cool, add the cream, beaten previously and wrap them well.
In a removable bottom, line the bottom with a ready-made base of cake and fill with the prepared strawberries.
Take the freezer for 4 hours, to be very stiff.
At serving time, unmold and garnish with the reserved sweet if it is solid, warm it gently in a double boiler.
