You know when you`re too lazy to make a meal, but you still want something healthy? I just make a smoothie... or drink those green goddess juices (but smoothies are cheaper if you make `em at home).
For this smoothie, I used strawberry yogurt, one banana, some apple juice and ice. Then blend blend blend! I felt like being classy so I poured it into a champagne glass LOL
