This is my breakfast lunch of the day! I have been wanting french toast for a while now, so I decided to make some for myself for lunch today! I put some eggbeaters in a bowl, a dash of milk, some cinnamon and vanilla then whisked it together. I dredged my bread and put the bread & egg mixture onto a hot skillet sprayed with Pam. I cooked until done, then served with syrup along side some freshly sliced strawberries and banana. Typically I eat my french toast with bacon or sausage on the side, but I was really feeling the fresh fruit vibe this afternoon. The strawberries were sweet and perfect, so it was a good choice! It was delicious and totally cured the craving I`d been having for french toast.
