For breakfast today I decided to try out a recipe I found on tumblr called Best Protein Pancakes Ever! Here`s the recipe:
"1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 c egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional - chocolate chips, blue berries, etc
Mix all ingredients in a blender except the optional.
Pour and cook like a regular pancake on medium high heat.
After pouring a pancake, drop in the option fruit or chocolate into the cake.
Flip and cook through.
I added some strawberries to mine and drizzled them with a bit of honey. I also had a slice of fresh cantaloupe on the side! It was delicious and really filling! I think they actually tasted better than normal pancakes, plus it was quick and easy to make! You all should try it out!
