As we are in summer nothing better than enjoying a delicious dessert and easy to do.
2 sheets of gelatine white
500g of ripe strawberries
1 tbsp (tablespoons) brown sugar
1 tablet of pure chocolate
1 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
3 eggs, separated
100 g of sugar
400ml double cream and cold
to serve chantilli
Cut the gelatin into strips, cover with water in a bowl and wait 20 minutes.
Wash the strawberries, reject the feet and cut into quarters.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and add a few drops of lemon juice.
Cut the chocolate and melt with the butter in a bain-marie.
Add the drained gelatine and stir until dissolved.
Divide the candy into two parts.
Enter the part very well beat the yolks with the sugar.
Whip the cream until it thickens and add them to the rest prepared chocolate.
Prepare in high glass bowls, alternating layers of chocolate candy, chocolate with strawberries and cream.
Decorate with rosettes of whipped cream and almond filleted.
