This dish here is just green bean vermicelli stir fried with mini fried tofu. I just soaked the vermicelli in some water for around 15 mins or so until softened. Then I parboiled the tofu in some ater for a min and drained it. I added some green onions to the wok and then added the vermicelli with some water. Covered it and waited till it got to a boil and then added some oyster sauce and a dash of salt. Then I added the fried tofu and stir fried it a bit. Then I put the lid onto the wok and let it cook for another 5 min until the there is only a little bit of the sauce left. Do you cook with vermicelli and what do you make with it?
