My boyfriend specially prepared dinner for the both of us today however we ate it differently. My boyfriend prepared stir-fried Sirloin Top Round Steak with Vegetables (some cauliflower, cucumbers and green beans)! The good thing about this dish is that it is very versatile--you can stir fry any vegetables as you please and use any meats you want too. I however did not want to eat rice (my boyfriend ate his portion of meat/veggies with rice) so my boyfriend thought of making me a sandwich using the Sandwich thins (that I previously talked about /viz/breakfast-roast-beef-w-havarti-cheese-sandwich-thins! The sandwich thins is only 100 calories, 0g trans fat, 11g whole grains per serving, cholesterol free, Excellent source of fiber & contains no high fructose corn syrup! We had some left over havarti cheese and decided to put it on one of my sandwiches and that was bomb! It was sooo good! =) This is definitely a dish my boyfriend will be making more of.
