1 kg of apples already cleaned and peeled
150 ml of water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
1 kg of sugar
After peeling the apples, put them in a saucepan along with sugar, cinnamon and cinnamon stick and water.
Bring to the boil, and so it starts boiling reduce to a minimum and simmer very slowly for 1 hour.
At the end of this time remove the cinnamon stick and pass the apples with the magic wand.
Bring back to simmer until the candy reaches the point
Remove from heat and place in jars.
