It`s much easier than it looks! Find a table that you are okay with putting a permanent stencil design on. Then find a stencil template that you like and simple tape it over your table. Apply paint evenly over the stencil, remove stencil and repeat on the other side of the table. After you have finished painting over the stencil and you table is covered to your desire allow the paint to try. When the paint has finally dried apply a paint stainer over the paint. This will give the table a more rustic look and keep the stencil in good condition. You can apply as many coats as you want to get your desired look.
You can preserve the design by placing glass over the table if you want to.
