Have you ever tried steamed rice flour cakes topped with dried shrimp? This is a Vietnamese cuisine called banh beo typically served on small portion sized plates like the photo shown above. Each rice flour cake is normally topped with dried or fresh shrimp, mung bean paste, fish sauce, scallions, rice vinegar and oil. For me, I like to eat banh beo with soy sauce because I`m not a fan of fish sauce.
