This is perhaps one of my favorite food that I absolutely love eating as a child:) Steamed eggs dish is extremely delicious when eaten over rice and not to mention healthy and nutritious too! It`s also very simple to make, all you need to do is mix 1 part of eggs with equal parts of water and add in any seasoning that you like. I added some sesame oil, salt and pepper as well as vege bbq pork. The trick to making a silky smooth (unlike mine) steamed eggs dish is to steam it under medium low heat. I was in a hurry and had to cook the eggs before going out so my dish ended up looking all wrinkley but trust me it is still delicious!:)
