My local grocery store was having a sale on their corns so I just had to grab some since these are seasonal. I must`ve bought at least 10 cobs. When it was done, it was all gone within half an hour. The way I cook them is by steaming them. I just put some water into the wok and put a metal rack in the wok over the water. Oh and before that, I add some salt to the water. Then I clean the corns and put them on top of the rack and cover them with the wok cover. I steam them for about 20 25 mins. And they are really good and healthy. I know there are different ways to cook corn, but I love them this way. How do you cook corn?
