Steak stuffed turkey

You will need:
8 turkey steaks
8 pieces of cheese
16 slices of ham
3 eggs
salt and pepper
flour and bread crumbs q.b.
oil for frying

Season the steaks with salt. Put a steak on a slice of ham, cheese on this one, again a ham steak and overlap the other. Secure each set of two or three fingers. Pour the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and beat them. Place the flour in a shallow dish and the breadcrumbs in another. Pass the steaks in flour (shake off excess) and the eggs. Pass the bread crumbs, making the breading adhere well. Fry the steaks stuffed turkey in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. They can be frozen before frying, but already breaded.
