WHen you`re born and raised in the Midwest, you can`t help but just have a love for beef. I love any type of protein, however, when I have a choice I usually lean towards beef. THere`s just so much flavor in good quality beef.
So for lunch I prepped a quick salad and topped it off with seared flank steak (seasoned with just salt and pepper). And of course to dress up the salad even more I sliced some boiled eggs on top (more protein!) and added tomatoes for extra sweetness.
Did a simple vinaigrette dressing to keep the salad light and delicious. This was incredibly filling!
