Most of the time, when I am preparing a meal I like to have two elements: protein and vegetables. It makes thinking about what to prepare more simple. Having those two types of foods ensures a more healthy meal option.
Tonight, I was looking around and found this cut of steak in the fridge. What can get more simple (and delicious) than steak? Simply seasoned it with salt, pepper, and garlic and tossed it on a grill pan for a few minutes on each side.
And for a side? My favorite, asparagus! I absolutely loved grilled asparagus, just seasoned with just a bit of sea salt.
And of course adding an egg over everything makes it all better.
