Nothing like a hearty breakfast to start your day after a workout. I usually never eat before a workout because it makes me feel too bloated. So after a workout, refueling is one of the most important things to do. Skip the drive thru and take some time (or prep the night before) to enjoy a nice meal.
Packing on the protein with the steak and eggs, and add a side of pineapples for a delicious treat. I can`t get enough of eggs when it comes to breakfast food. However, having too many eggs can be bad for your cholesterol level, so adding some actual meats will be great and filling. Chicken is also a great option to have if you don`t like red meats. Or if you think that`s too filling some bacon will do.
