Have you guys tried this cereal???
Its pretty good!
I know alot of ladies worry about being healthy & staying in shape!
I`ve recently started paying more attention to my health...
This is a GREAT breakfast cereal.
Whats it got?:
- 9g Protein (awesome)
- 8g Fiber (great)
- 17g whole grains (good)
I prefer to eat this cereal with a few cut up strawberries or 1/2 of a banana. Love adding fresh fruits into my foods!
Anywho, this cereal is awesome, if you haven`t tried it you should give it a try!
I find the problem with eating isn`t about eating "healthy" foods. My main problem as is many of ours... portion sizes. Everything gives you a serving size, try for an entire week to stick to the serving sizes, you`ll see how MUCH extra food you actually eat.
