And yet another game review from me! This one is yet another Star Wars Game called Star Wars: Episode I: Battle for Naboo. This game was released in 2000 and 2001 for the N46 and PC. In the game you play as the protagonist Lieutenant Gavyn Sykes of the Naboo Security Forces as he helps set up the resistance movment and frees his people from the forces of the Trade Federation and the Gangster Borvo the Hutt. In the game you use various vehicles from the Naboo arsenal and commandeer some from the Trade Federation to fight against their forces and free your people.

The game uses the game engine from the Rouge Squadron N64 and PC game and many of its controls are identical to it. The game allows you to use many of the vehicles seen in the the 1st Episode Movie plus several not seen before including the Naboo Patrol craft, a Naboo Bomber, The armored land speeder and even a Trade Federation patrol boat along a river! Using several of the same sound effects used in the RS game and Graphics are also nearly identical but they`re cleaned up from the RS game. With an exciting story line this game got plenty of praise from fans and critics alike and said the story line that was better than RS and they said it actually had a purpose. The game, if you complete it with all 3 metal types, unlocks 3 bonus levels where you play as a Droid Star Fighter against Naboo Star fighters invading the planet, A Naboo Guard`s man protecting Queen Amadala from attack on Courasaunt from a mysterious ship, and as Darth Maul in his Sith Fighter shooting down Naboo Star Fighters, Patrol Craft, and Gungan land and water based attack craft.

All in all this game is incredibly fun! The big selection of vehicles to play, the great story line, and the great cleaned up graphics (for then) will keep you playing this game for hours on end! I sure did! I highly recommend it for any Star Wars fan who loves Star wars games. I guarantee you`ll have a lot of fun!
