One of my friends is a huge Star Wars fanatic. Recently, she was talking about how the blu-ray versions are out and she was thinking about getting them. She saw the set at Costco and thought it was still a bit too expensive. So she figured she could just wait it out because she already has the DVD version of the movies. I was browsing around Amazon a few days ago and saw the Star Wars set and decided to just pick it up for my friend. I never really got her a Christmas present so I`m guessing this will be a super belated Christmas gift lol. The set was around $80 and some change on Amazon. That`s the same price she saw it for at Costco so it`s probably the cheapest you could find right now.
Star Wars The Complete Saga

- 9-disc set
- Includes all 6 movies
- Over 40 hours of special features
- 90 minutes of Star Wars spoofs

I`ve seen the original so I`m actually curious as to how the movies look on blu-ray. I read a few of the reviews. Some people said the visual and audio are amazing, but some people say that, on the older movies, visual is a little off because, I guess, it`s digitally enhanced. So, we`ll see! I can`t wait to give this to her and I can`t wait to watch it myself.
