So I went to go see an old friend in Richmond Hill and he took me to a place called Jyuban. This place is a nice cute and small restaurant. The owner of the restaurant is the chef as well. They serve rice, ramen and appetizers. I wanted to try something different so I decided to order the seafood squid ink ramen. It looked weird to me because the noodles were black, hence `squid ink ramen` but it tasted almost the same as the regular yellow ramen noodles I usually order. My friend got the pork ramen which was more fatty because of the pork belly fat. My seafood ramen was more light but it was still good. The waitress and owner were so nice. They gave us free red bean bun and free heartshape ice cream dessert thing. (I`ll post it next time). I would say that the ramen was a bit on the expensive side compared to other ramen places I`ve tried though. Overall, I would visit this place again.
