Squats, Bum Lifts and Zumba

Summer is fast approaching and I for one want to look good. I wouldnt consider myself chunky but I do have a very athletic build and i`m quite muscular on my upper body, so all my weight goes from the waist below :S

I`ve been looking at a few ways to trim up and tone my thighs, Bum and Tum before summer gets here.

1) Squats is number 1 on my list to help tone my thighs and Bum. I only use my body weight and found a good picture to show how its done *picture from website stated below* I do this every day for 10 - 15 minutes with a break after each 5 minute interval to stretch.

2) Bum Lifts is something I found on Youtube called Brazil Butt Lift and it does the trick my bum muscles feel a bit more toned but give me a variety of things to do rather than just squats. *Video Link- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlQ2kW-FvMk *

3) Zumba. I bought my DVD while in spain and used it while i was there. I will admit it makes you sweat and you feel it the next day but thats the good thing about it. I can feel my muscles have had a good workout and that my heart rate is up when i`m following the DVD.

I`m dont do each of these every day i mix it up and give myself self a few days break to let my muscles rejuvenate. So make a little table and work through the days that will be convenient and you can always change it around but little steps work towards bug changes so get those jogging pants on and get fit :)
