I came across this on tumblr and it is actually a really good idea. I mean I know that is quite a lot of squats but you are suppose to push yourself everytime you do more. I have seen things like this before but it seems like having something the is worldwide and over tumblr, people can support each other. I have been doing it and even though it is draining it is working. I can feel it in my muscles. BRING ON MY SUMMER BOD
