Squat motivation

Hi everyone!

As the summer is getting closer I started to excersise. I have a goal to tone my whole body and get in the best shape ever.

For toning my bum I do squats. This picture motivate me to do them, because I want to get "dat ass".

Usually I do about 50 squats and them I do 40 lunges. I try to do them 3 times a week and combine it with crunches. I`m planning on doing more rep as I will do those excercises regulary.

I hope to see results soon.

How about you? Do you squat? If so, did you got great results?
