Look what I came across... This spring salad looks great! So colourful and easy to make. And verrrry healthy! You could either eat it for lunch or dinner.
What do you need?
2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
1/4 Cup Steamed Broccoli
1/4 Cup Steamed Cauliflower
1 Medium Strawberry Sliced
2 Medium Chunks Cantaloupe sliced
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (Pile Salad On Top)
1 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
1/2 Boiled Egg (For dinner Id say you could take 1 whole boiled egg)
