Spirulina is considered a super-food.
Being a micro-alga it is a life organism that is really rich in protein, vitamins and aminoacids.
I started consuming it as I read it`s really good for people in need of suplements in their diet and also that is good for boosting your imune system. I`m recovering from some chronic condition so I really need some help.
I`m liking it. I`m using it in powder form as I read it`s the best and usually put it in my soup. It turns it black but it`s ok :D I have to remember to take a picture next time.
I`ve been feeling better lately but as I`m being really carefull with what I eat I don`t know if all the credit should go to Spirulina. I`m sure some has to.
What about you? Did you heard of it? Do you eat it?
