Chinese spinach is a little different that the regular spinach that can be found in most salads here; the taste of chinese spinach is a little earthy and that`s why most of the time, we add them in soups to mask the flavor or stir fry it in oyster sauce. My husband loves eating chinese spinach because of its high iron content so here`s a bowl of spinach soup that I made with tofu and mushrooms:)
