Spinach smoothie

Since I started to drink this, my skin is much better (no so many breakouts), I feel much more energitic in the morning (i`m the kind of person that needs coffee iv to wake up) and I reduced my bread consuption, which is a good thing for my italian ass.

The recepie is really easy:
one cup of frozen spinach
one banana
one cup (or more) of any fruit you want
500 ml of low fat yogourt or almond milk (or soya milk or whatever you like)
2 tablespoon of flax seed (will help you feel full for a longer time)
1 tablespoon of natural maple sirup

blend that all and voila ! you have 2 glases of spinach smoothie !
The good thing is that the spinach have tons of vitamins and they are a great way to prevent cancer.
By drinking your spinach, your body will absorb the vitamins easily and it doesn`t even taste like spinach !
I made the test at work.. you can trust me; Everybody told me YURRRRK what the f**** are you drinking, it`s disgusting... well I told them that before saying so they should try it and, result... No one said it taste what it looks like !! Every single colleagues liked it !
