So I know its kind of getting late over here in the U.S. but i wanted to talk to you guys about spinach. Spinach is not only a healthy vegetable but also a yummy one. I usually eat spinach when it is sauted with some garlic. That is a very yummy way to eat it and it adds a lot of flavor to the spinach. Another healthy way to incorporate spinach in your diet is also by putting them in your smoothie. Now I know it may sound weird but just make your favorite smoothie and taste it.
