My friend has a major sweet tooth and recently introduced me to a new dessert place in Toronto called Spin Desserts.
We ended up going with another friend of ours for a late night dessert session.
While I already posted about my crazy peanut butter and chocolate waffle see that post here: http://www.luuux.com/food/spin-desserts-pt-1-iced-mocha-and-peanut-butter-chocolate-waffle
Im back with another post with my friends orders from that day. (For some reason Luuux wont let me upload more than 3 pictures at a time, so I decided to cut this post into two).
Anyways, both of my friends had already been to Spin before, so they knew about how huge the waffles are (but chose not to warn me! Lol).
Instead, they both opted for something else.
Unlike me, who does like desserts, my friends are total dessert fiends and knew exactly what they wanted before we even walked in! LOL
My first friend ordered a delicious looking cappuccino (which is saying a lot since I dont drink coffee) and a slice of their Red Velvet cake. Super moist and topped with cream cheese icing, my friend is into red velvet anything.
My other friend loves dark chocolate so she chose this lava cake that is filled with a dark chocolate ganache. I took a taste of the ganache and practically went into a sugar coma! As if there wasnt enough sweetness, the entire thing is served on a bed of crushed Oreo cookies!
We were all definitely struggling to finish our desserts! They were delish but way too decadent. Next time, weve agreed well order one waffle and split it between the 3 of us! LOL
