Both my husband and I enjoy spicy Indian food due to our native roots. This recipe is called Chicken 65.
The chicken is first marinated, deep fried and set aside. Then in another pan the red sauce is made a bit spicy, a bit tangy. Once that`s done, all you do is mix the deep fried chicken into the sauce and saute for a while.
It`s a dish that I make at least a couple times a month. Sometimes I make it extra spicy when we`re craving food like that.
