Im not much of a cook... but when i crave something, i will definitely try to make it myself! There are these Hawaiian treats called Spam Misubi and they are just bite size treats full of flavor and very filling. This is my basic tutorial on how i made my own spam misubis.

1.Ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup oyster sauce, 1/4 cup white sugar; seaweed (unsalted); 1 can of luncheon meat-spam; 1 cup of cooked steam white rice; optional: sushi mat
2. Prep: cut luncheon meat in 8 slices from the can, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar in a separate bowl.
3. Cook: Put a drop of oil on the skillet and cook the spam with your preference of taste. I usually add pepper, some spices (mexican spice)
4. Create! Take the sushi mat and lay a piece of seaweed sideways. put a piece of cooked spam on top of the sushi and drizzle with the soy sauce mix. put a spoonful of rice on the spam and shape it to fit nicely on top of the spam (do not overflow with rice). Once the spam and rice are nicely shaped, fold the seaweed over the rice and stick the seaweed to the rice and push firmly so the seaweed is nicely "wrapped" around the spam.
