Who says eating spaghetti can`t be both healthy and delicious??? I am all for a healthy lifestyle, and that goes for both eating and exercising. I always have a weakness for Italian food, so that`s where I usually fall off the band wagon when it comes to healthy choices.
So when I heard about spaghetti squash I decided to give that a try with my homemade sauce. And just let me tell you, you barely can tell a difference. The texture is a bit more crisp, but it`s absolutely delicious. And the best part? You don`t feel bloated and worthless after a huge bowl of this.
