After class I went home and made spaghetti for lunch. I boiled the pasta in a pan for about fifteen minutes, drained, and transferred the pasta into a bowl. Then on the pan I added some butter on medium heat and added the minced garlic. Stir fried for a few seconds until I could smell the garlic then mixed in the pasta. In a separate bowl I added tomato sauce and about a teaspoon of ketchup then poured it on the pasta. I lowered the heat so the garlic wouldn`t burn and stir fried everything together. Overall I think it turned out well and adding garlic makes a difference.
