I love pasta carbonara. It`s so simple to make when you don`t know what you want to eat. Once I learned how to make my own I don`t get it at restaurants anymore since it`s so cheap and easy!
I just used eggs, parmesan, carmelized onions and some bacon bits in mine. Much healthier than restaurant versions which often include cream! Apparently legit carbonara is not supposed to have cream, because the egg and parmersan should create the sauce.
