Spa`s are amazing for after workouts. I have recently started going for jogs/runs, which is alot of strain on my unfit muscles. After my jogs (or any workout for that matter) sitting in the spa for even just 10 minutes helps with a relief and lessens any future pains. The jets seems to relax my muscles and the water is overall relaxing and can often either wake me up more or be relaxing.
A website called `Wrights Hot Springs` gives a brief over view of the actual help benefits. It relax muscles, therapeutic, stress relief and helps with lower back pains.
Not every one can afford a spa, but if you are lucky enough to have one, use it.
