I`ve seen lots of documentaries and centificos studies that prove that animal milk is harmful to health. Despite being used for almost all cow`s milk is produced through a process full of cruelty to animals. Soy milk lowers cholesterol and is as good as cow`s milk. I usually join soy milk to my coffee and the result is exactly the same. I decided to consume more milk because according to studies this cow`s milk despite containing calcium has saturated fat and our body to eliminate the acidity of animal waste eliminates calcium through urine. In addition to me soy milk being extremely delicious. Until now I did some dishes with it and consider it an excellent and healthy alternative to cow`s milk.
