Soy Milk, or Soya, Soybean, what ever you wish to call it is almost like a substitute for milk (not baking wise). For those who are lactose intolerant or have milk allergies, soy milk is a great replacement. It contains a similar amount of protein as normal milk and for ladies this is a plus; it can help with weight loss.
Try drinking a cup (250 ml) roughly 30 mins before you sleep. Because of the nutrition inside soy (i`m not even going to go in detail with the names), your metabolism actually increases, therefore you are burning even more calories when you sleep. Isn`t it amazing?! Of course don`t neglect exercising, but if you do skip out on a few days you won`t feel as guilty ;P!
