Another reason I love being in SD so much is the choice of places to eat. Where I`m currently located, while you can find a few places to eat the choices are very slim. Most of the places I prefer to eat at are a lot further away. By the time I would get to them I would have changed my mind on actually wanting to eat there.
On a slow afternoon my friend and I decided to do a bit and shopping when hunger struck. We couldn`t decide what to eat when we spotted Souplantation. We quickly decided that was our best option. Souplantation is sort of buffet like but with less options. Its more suited for lunch, or a very light dinner.
I opted out on soup, but got a few other delicious plates.
I got a romain salad with hard boiled eggs. I just noticed I forgot to transfer that picture over. Sorry. Baked potatoes with sour cream, chives, and cheese for the topping. Cheesy bread. Something that resembled mini pizza`s, can`t remember the actual name. Cornbread, made with real corn, I pulled those out. Blueberry muffins. I left the best for last! Frozen yogurt topped with rainbow sprinkles.
I left fully stuffed and ready to go to bed! It was only 3pm but it was that good!
Have you ever eaten at Souplantation? Do you like it? We also got military discounts which is an awesome perk.
