Tonight i just had our diner, but for some reason it really didn`t full me up. We had a big meal full of vegtables and i didn`t eat less then normal but we all know that feeling of not being full. I know the rule of waiting for 20 minutes after your meal to eat something else and i did wait for 30 minutes but my stomach was still asking for some more.
Since i allready lost all of my pregnancy weight i can eat a little more carbs but i still wanted something healthy because i want my body to fully recover. I just did grocery shopping so i had full choice when opening the cabins.. I decided to go for 2 of my new vitalineas 0% yoghurts. I never tried them but they`re very popular where i live so i decided to give them a try!
They`re very delicious and you really taste the fruit of your choice in it. In some there are some pieces of the fruit, but not in all of them so that`s handy for the ones who don`t like that.
These come in 1 flavour a package or you can choose to get a mixed one (like i did). Be sure to try them out if you get the chance!
