Mid-day cravings are starting to get to me. I find myself getting more hungry throughout the day, which makes me snack morebut most of the snacks I have been having lately are quite unhealthy. And I am also adding this snack of the day to that list. I should really start to eat healthy snacks, but theres not much I enjoy in the healthy aisle. I dislike the taste of most granola bars and nuts, except for my /viz/kashi-cereal-honey-almond-flax. But fruits and veggies are fine by me. Anyways, I decided to give these pretzels sticks and cheese dip a try. This is similar to the crackers where you spread cheese on it with the little red stick. Calorie wise, these arent as bad as the other snacks. It is 80 calories per a pack of these. But taste wise I didnt really enjoy them. The pretzels have way too much salt on them (take a look at the picture). The cheese is processed and very salty. Overall, it felt like I was eating salt. Are they trying to kill people with sodium overload? This was not a great snack to have. I dont recommend these to anyone. I think I will be sticking to the ordinary crackers and cheese set.
