Today for an afternoon snack i decided to combine fruit ( which i have been having more than usual as you might have noticed by my posts lol) with yogurt.
But because the yogurt is plain and even though the fruit has a nice taste, it misses some more flavor and crunchiness =D So i gathered some ingredients to mixed it all together and here is what i used:
-The yogurt + strawberries+banana (as you can see)
-A little bit of crushed biscuit ( only like half lol)
-Some whole grain cereal
The result of it was great. It turned the natural yogurt its something with a lot more flavor and nutrients instead of sugar. The cinnamon really goes great with everything and here it made the complete difference.
