Trying to be healthy and increase the nutrient level in my body as it is Fall and the weather being cold, I don`t want to get sick.
So my snack today was actually 2 oranges. I bought these amazing oranges from T&T, they`re actually oranges from South America, or that`s what they were advertised as.
They were extremely juicy without much of the white fibres inside and they were seedless.
I froze them a bit before eating them to make them taste like popsicles. I like to freeze my fruit a lot, especially grapes.
And a fun fact, the white fibres in oranges are actually very high in insoluble fibre, which helps to clear your gut. And if you`re Asian, you would know that we do make dehydrated orange peels and pickled orange peels for snacks. They actually taste very good!
