I`m always looking into new ways of improving my diet, especially by increasing the fibre intake.
Exercise I got down.
Healthy eating I mostly have.
But between all the highly processed foods and eating out, its hard to find fibre.
Even natural sources, its hard. I would 3 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruit and its still not enough!
My snack today was having a vegetable cup o soup by Lipton and adding 3 tablespoons of All-bran buds to it. The buds absorbed the soup and became like croutons.
That at least boosted my fibre intake to about 5g, which is 25%!
