A few days ago, i cooked "Sotanghon Guisado" (Sautéed Sotanghon) a very famous Filipino Dish, as usual it`s somehow in english a counter part for a Stir-Fry dish only that I used a different noodle which is the "Sotanghon". Mainly you can buy it in Asian shops. The noodles in this dish is very very soft. :) I actually enjoyed it and i prefer putting lots of veggies in it. Yeeha :D
