For those of you who do not know this yet, bananas are the GREATEST thing that you can probably eat after a harsh workout. I just had a really hard conditioning last night and I could not even walk straight and it hurt to sit down and get up. So, I instantly began to eat bananas and let me tell you, it helps so much! It`s also healthy for you so i feel like those two pluses are enough for me to want to eat it super often! Hope you remember this tip the next time you`re sore!
