I was out hunting for nail polishes from Essie`s Spring collection (no luck still... gonna try a supply house and a couple locations further outside of town and see if I have better luck tomorrow) and swung by Target. I wanted to try some of their cream blushes. I have wanted to for a very long time now. I have two of their regular blushes and absolutely love them.
I could have sworn they had a bigger selection of blushes, but it would seem they have either downsized or this location just doesn`t carry the full line. I`m not really sure which it is. I didn`t have a lot to choose from, but I wasn`t going to let that stop me. No way was I leaving empty handed when I came in for a mission.
Once I had selected the blushes I was interested in, my eyes, of course, wandered across the other Sonia Kashuk products. I was tempted to buy a couple of the eyeshadow quads, but told myself I didn`t need any right now because in the last 2 weeks I have bought quite a few shadows. However, the concealer palette jumped out... and that was another item I`ve heard people say is their holy grail concealer palette. That always makes me curious and want to try a product out.
<Strong>ITEMS I BOUGHT:</Strong>
Sonia Kashuk Creme Blush in Rosey
Sonia Kashuk Creme Blush in Petal
Sonia Kashuk Beautifying blush in Sunset
Sonia Kashuk Concealer Palette in Hidden Agenda
I am most excited for the Rosey creme blush. Is it just me, or is that a strange name for a color that looks coral? Anyway, I love colors like that one, but I also got Petal because I thought it would be nice for days when I wanted a more natural flushed look. As for Sunset, that one is a powdered blush, but I couldn`t walk away from that color. Its beautiful!
For any of you very fair ladies, have you tried the Hidden Agenda concealer palette? I think this was the only color they carried and the lightest shade looks like it may be a touch too dark, but I`m still going to test it out to see. It may sheer out and work. I`m also extremely curious to see how the greenish shade works on reducing redness in blemishes. It isn`t the typical green I always see in concealer palettes. This is more of a yellowy, pea soup color.
